NOIRE MIAMI is a private luxury lifestyle and concierge house operating in Miami, Florida. This policy covers this website and the enquiries submitted through it. Questions can be sent to concierge@noiremiami.com.

When you submit a request form, the Curate My Miami funnel, or a message to NOIRE CONCIERGE, we collect the details you choose to give us: name, email address, phone number, travel dates, party size, requested services, budget indication and any notes you add.

We also record basic technical and marketing attribution data — page visited, referring source and campaign parameters — so we know which channel your enquiry came from.

Your information is used to answer your enquiry, prepare a quotation or itinerary, coordinate with the partners fulfilling your booking, and keep in touch about the request you made. We do not sell your personal information.

Fulfilling an itinerary can require sharing the minimum necessary details with the operators involved — for example a vehicle supplier, yacht or aviation operator, restaurant, venue or accommodation. Partners receive only what is needed to deliver that element of your booking.

We also use service providers to run the site, store enquiries and send messages. They process data on our instructions.

We use service providers for payments (Stripe), website hosting and database (Supabase / Lovable Cloud), email delivery (Mailgun) and an AI model provider that powers NOIRE CONCIERGE chat. They process data only on our instructions.

The chat assistant on the site is automated. It can answer questions and collect your request, but a person on the NOIRE team confirms every quote and booking. Please don't share payment card details in chat.

The site may use cookies and similar technologies, including Google Analytics, the Meta Pixel and the TikTok Pixel, to measure visits and advertising. These tools are never loaded on staff or private pages.

You can opt out by blocking or deleting cookies in your browser settings, and by adjusting your ad preferences on Google, Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and TikTok. Essential parts of the site will still work.

If you give us your phone number, we may contact you by call, SMS, WhatsApp or Telegram about your request. Reply STOP to opt out of texts.

Enquiries are kept for as long as needed to service your request and to meet our record-keeping obligations, then deleted or anonymised.

You can ask us to access, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you, by emailing concierge@noiremiami.com. Marketing messages always include an opt-out.

This site is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

We may update this policy as our services evolve. The current version always appears on this page.
