Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the NOIRE MIAMI website and any request you submit through it. By using the site you accept them. Individual bookings are also subject to the confirmation we send you and, for vehicles, our rental agreement.

Everything submitted through the site — a fleet enquiry, a Curate My Miami itinerary, a Private Client request or a NOIRE CONCIERGE conversation — is a request. Nothing is reserved until we confirm availability and pricing in writing and the required payment is received.

Rates, vehicles, vessels, aircraft and experiences shown on the site are indicative and subject to availability, season, duration and supplier terms. Prices quoted by our team are valid for the period stated in the quotation. Taxes, fees, fuel, delivery and security deposits may apply and will be itemised before you pay.

You must be at least 18 to submit a request. Vehicle rentals carry additional minimum age, licence, insurance and deposit requirements set out in the rental agreement. Certain experiences have their own operator requirements.

Deposits, balance dates, change windows and cancellation terms are stated in your written confirmation and vary by service and supplier. Third-party operators (aviation, marine, hospitality) may apply stricter terms, which we will pass on to you before you commit.

Some services are delivered by independent operators. Where NOIRE MIAMI acts as arranger, the operator's own terms and liability apply to that element of your booking.

We may decline or end a booking where there is unlawful conduct, misrepresentation, unsafe behaviour, or breach of a supplier's terms. Charges already incurred remain payable.

Photography, copy, marks and design on this site belong to NOIRE MIAMI or its licensors and may not be reproduced without permission. Vehicle and lifestyle imagery is illustrative; the specific unit supplied may differ in colour, year or trim.

Membership of the NOIRE Rewards program is subject to the rewards program terms.

To the extent permitted by law, NOIRE MIAMI is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the site or from delays, cancellations or changes caused by weather, traffic, mechanical issues, supplier availability or events outside our control. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
