Rental Agreement

Every driver must be at least 18 years old and present a valid driver's licence, a government-issued photo ID and a credit card in the renter's own name. International renters must also present a passport. Certain high-performance vehicles may carry a higher age requirement, confirmed before your booking is accepted.

Only drivers listed and approved on the agreement may operate the vehicle.

Renters must carry full-coverage automobile insurance that extends to high-value vehicles, or arrange coverage through us where available. Proof of coverage is required before release. You remain responsible for deductibles and for any loss the policy does not cover.

A refundable security deposit of $1,000 minimum is authorised or charged before delivery. Higher-value vehicles may require a larger deposit; the amount is stated in your confirmation. It is released after the vehicle is returned and inspected, less any charges for damage, fuel, mileage, tolls, citations or cleaning.

Each rental includes 100 miles per day; additional miles are billed at the per-mile rate in your agreement. Vehicles are supplied fuelled and must be returned at the same level. Tolls, parking and traffic citations incurred during the rental are the renter's responsibility and may be billed with an administrative fee.

Delivery and collection can be arranged to hotels, residences, marinas and airports in the Miami area. Delivery windows are agreed in advance; late returns are billed on an hourly basis up to a full additional day.

The vehicle may not be used for racing, track use, ride-share or commercial hire, towing, off-road driving, transport of illegal goods, or driving under the influence. Smoking and pets are not permitted. Travel outside the state requires prior written approval.

Report any accident, damage, theft or mechanical fault to us immediately and, where required, to the police. Do not authorise repairs. Damage caused by prohibited use, negligence or unauthorised drivers is charged to the renter in full, including loss of use and diminished value.

All reservations are final: NOIRE MIAMI does not offer cancellations or refunds once a booking is confirmed and payment is received. If a vehicle becomes unavailable through damage, service or a prior renter's delay, we will offer a comparable substitute or a full refund of amounts paid for that vehicle.
